Forms Design

Forms Design was founded by Horváth Máté, who worked as a furniture designer under his own name before establishing the studio. From the early stages of his career, wood and a craft-based mindset have played a defining role in his life, rooted in family heritage and early workshop experience.

Under the Forms Design name, the studio became an independent, intentionally built design brand around 2018, strengthened through professional mentorship programs, exhibitions, and international appearances. From the beginning, the studio’s goal has been to create furniture that is market-ready and suitable for serial production, while still maintaining a distinctive, characterful identity.

The brand will appear at the event as part of the Hello Magyar Design initiative.
