Bernáth József’s latest book, Bake! – The Pastry Hits of the ’80s and ’90s, has just been published. Most of the treats featured in the volume were collected from the chef’s godmother, aunt, and the home cooks of Kunhegyes, but you’ll also find recipes from all across the country. From this classic collection of flavors, visitors can get a taste of one of childhood’s favorites: the coconut roll.
The presentation starts on Saturday at 2:00 PM on the main stage.
