A special experience awaits visitors on the final day of the Konyhakiállítás (Sunday): at the stand, Kenéz Timi—sourdough baker and workshop leader—will welcome guests with an inspiring tasting session and professional tips.

The stand’s guest will offer a glimpse into the world of home bread baking and share how a Buster+Punch pot can be used to bake the perfect loaf with a crisp, crackling crust.

Hi, I’m Kenéz Timi, and since January 2019 I’ve officially been obsessed with sourdough. A year and a half later I opened my own micro-bakery, which has since filled not only with fresh, fragrant breads but also with people eager to learn—this is how the workshop idea was born.

In her courses, participants can learn techniques they can confidently apply at home—whether it’s sourdough bread, soft braided sweet bread, enriched doughs, or Italian-style focaccia.

During the program, visitors will also get to taste her baked goods, while drawing inspiration from her pro tips and from the premium combination of Buster+Punch x Staub kitchen tools. This unique experience is for anyone who wants to dive deeper into the art of bread baking and enjoy the special meeting point of gastronomy and design.
