Reimagined fermented cocktails with Horváth Judit

Horváth Judit, co-author of Fermentált Konyha, now guides the audience into the world of fermented drinks. She makes a Piña Colada from fruit “cibere,” sparkling wine from oranges, and a Black Russian–style drink from kombucha—proving with these mocktails that alcohol-free cocktails can be rich in flavor and even healthy. Along the way, Judit also introduces viewers to the basics and key rules of fermentation.

The presentation starts on Saturday at 11:00 AM on the main stage.
