Book launch of Kocsis Dóra’s Zero Waste Cookbook

Kocsis Dóra is one of Hungary’s most dedicated voices in reducing kitchen waste, and the author of the cookbook Local, Seasonal, Vegetarian – Zero Waste Kitchen. For years, she has been searching for creative solutions for what to do with ingredients destined for the trash—whether it’s vegetable peels, leftovers, or even a baking mishap.

For her, the kitchen is not only a place for cooking, but a space for a shift in mindset—where creatively using local, seasonal ingredients brings freedom and joyful solutions. Through her stories, she builds a bridge between sustainability and everyday kitchen practice, and invites everyone to start change in their own kitchens.
